Here&#8217;s what to do"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>An ongoing Toronto Star investigation into the accuracy and fairness of property assessments found that the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) consistently under- and over-assessed homes\u2019 worth compared to their sales prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We analyzed the sales and assessment data for nearly 12,000 Toronto residential properties that sold in 2016.
