| In the memory of Miguel Joshua Escanan who was tragically killed on Avenue Road at Bloor Street on August 18, 2021, The Avenue Road Safety Coalition (ARSC) honours his memory. Miguel was a young man in the prime of his life. The Avenue Road Safety Coalition (ARSC) continues to advocate for safer road designs for Avenue Road to prevent such tragic occurrences on our roadways.
